Carbon Accounting
My mission is to use my skillsets and passions to maximize my contribution to the Just, Green Transition. Derived from my background in mathematics, I view the climate crisis as a chaotic function with various parameters being recklessly adjusted. We cannot solve a problem that is undefined, and carbon accounting is the first step in identifying those adjusted parameters and to what degree they are impacting Earth’s climate. I am an ambitious, analytical and systems thinker, and my long-term goals are to be in the decision-making room. I seek to use my expertise in identifying emissions, implementing decarbonization solutions, and communicating with people such that we build the broader Just, Green Transition movement. My short-term goals are to use my education to work for a company that aligns with my values and build on my industry experience of the data end of GHG inventories, corporate disclosure forms, and decarbonization strategies.
